Step 01 / 13

Yarn Sourcing & Raw Material Confirmation

Your fabric starts here. We confirm yarn count, fiber composition, filament type, yarn lot and spandex performance against your target spec before anything is knitted. Get the yarn right and you set the base for handfeel, strength, dyeing behavior, stretch and lot-to-lot consistency.

Step 02 / 13

Knitting / Warp Knitting

Greige Fabric Inspection & Batch Preparation

Before dyeing, we inspect and batch your greige fabric, catching holes, oil marks, barre, needle lines, uneven tension and width or GSM variation. Sorting issues out at this stage keeps them from showing up after dyeing, when they're far harder to fix.

Step 04 / 13

Washing / Pretreatment

Pretreatment strips out knitting oil, impurities and processing residue so the fabric surface is clean. A clean base gives you even dye uptake and stable finishing. Skip it and you risk oil stains, dye spots, uneven shade or poor color fastness.

Step 05 / 13

Pre-setting

For high-spandex knits, a first heat set stabilizes the greige before dyeing and brings width, GSM, shrinkage and recovery under control. Too little leaves shrinkage and width unstable; too much costs you elasticity and handfeel, so we set it to your spec.

Lab Dip / Color Matching Confirmation

You approve the color on a lab dip before any bulk is dyed. We check the approved shade under your agreed light source and keep it as the standard for bulk and repeat orders. Darks, brights, fluorescents and whites get extra review, since they're the most sensitive to shade difference.

Dyeing

Dyeing gives your fabric its confirmed color. Recipe, temperature curve, time, pH, liquor ratio, loading and auxiliaries all move the final shade, so each is controlled tightly. This stage drives your color accuracy, levelness, lot-to-lot consistency, fastness, shrinkage and recovery.

Slitting / Opening Width & Dewatering

After dyeing, tubular fabric is slit, opened to width and dewatered to prepare for finishing. We manage tension, edges and creasing carefully, so you don't end up with edge damage, fabric marks, uneven flatness or left-right side difference.

Finishing / Functional Finishing

Finishing sets the final touch and performance, from softness and smoothness to anti-pilling, moisture management, UPF or cooling touch, based on your confirmed spec and testing. We control the formula carefully, since over-softening or the wrong auxiliaries can hurt handfeel, fastness or recovery.

Final Heat Setting

This is one of the most critical steps for stretch knits. Final heat setting locks in your fabric's width, GSM, shrinkage, flatness and recovery. We control temperature, speed, overfeed, width and tension to your target, since over-setting kills elasticity and under-setting leaves shrinkage unstable.

Finished Fabric Inspection

Rolling & Packing

Printing Route

Printed Fabrics Follow a Different Route

Printing isn't always part of the standard dyed-fabric process. Which route fits depends on your base fabric, artwork, printing method, fixation, washing and final setting. And because a printed stretch fabric has to pass on both pattern and stretch, we review base condition, color effect, handfeel and washing fastness in relaxed and stretched states before any bulk run.

Route 02 / 03 Dyed Base

Printing on Dyed Base Fabric

Pick a dyed base when you need a confirmed ground color under the pattern, ideal for tonal designs, partial prints and logo patterns. We dye and finish the base first, confirm the ground, then print, fix, wash, heat-set and inspect. Dark bases and high-coverage colors get confirmed up front.

Route 03 / 03 Acid Print

Acid Printing

A specialized route, mainly for selected nylon-based stretch fabrics. It begins with washing or oil removal, then pre-setting, printing, steaming for fixation, washing, opening width and final setting. Steaming and washing matter most here, since they control fixation and the final fabric condition.
