How fast will I actually hear back?
Within 24 hours on any working day, and usually the same day if you message during China business hours. WhatsApp is the quickest channel.

Do you reply in English?
Yes. Leon works in English and Chinese, so tech packs, lab reports, and back-and-forth on specs all happen without a translation gap.

Can I get samples before committing?
Stock-color swatches and hangers go out anytime with no minimum. Custom lab dips, up to 3 colors, are free once an order is confirmed and turn around in 7 days.

What's the smallest order you'll take?
500m per color for stock shades, 2000m per color for custom dyeing. If you're a smaller DTC label just starting out, say so and we'll work out the best way in.

I'm in a different time zone. Does that matter?
Not really. We work with brands across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia, so an overnight gap is normal. Send everything in one message and you'll have a full reply waiting when you wake up.

Will my tech pack and specs stay private?
Yes. What you share goes to Leon and the production team only. We're glad to sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive.
