Nylon spandex or polyester spandex — how do I choose?
It depends on your garment use, handfeel target, performance needs and cost. Nylon spandex suits soft handfeel, smooth touch and skin comfort. Polyester spandex suits quick-dry, color brightness, printing and cost control. We confirm the final direction by application, sample handfeel, stretch, recovery, color and testing.

Can GSM, width and handfeel be adjusted?
Yes, within fabric type, garment use and production conditions. But these are connected: a lighter GSM may affect coverage or opacity, a softer handfeel may affect recovery or surface stability, and a wider width depends on construction and feasibility. We recommend confirming through fabric samples before bulk.

Can you make custom colors?
Yes. Custom dyeing and lab dips are based on your target color, color standard and quantity per color. Provide Pantone, a color card, a physical fabric sample or another clear reference. Lab dip approval is recommended before bulk dyeing. For custom dyeing, standard MOQ is 300 KG per color.

Can you develop UPF, cooling or moisture-wicking fabric?
Functional finishing like UPF, cooling touch, moisture-wicking or quick-dry can be developed against fabric specification and testing. Performance shouldn't be judged by fabric name or fiber content alone — if a function is required, we confirm the testing standard, target result and garment application before bulk.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. Fabric samples confirm handfeel, GSM, stretch, recovery, opacity, surface and suitability. Color cards help with available-color selection; lab dips cover a specific custom color. For projects with strict performance needs, testing details should also be confirmed before bulk.
