For sports T-shirts, training tops and gym wear, a lightweight polyester spandex jersey or smooth stretch direction is often a practical starting point. The fabric should be checked for breathability, handfeel, stretch, quick-dry or moisture-wicking finishing, printing suitability and bulk color consistency.

What polyester spandex fabric is suitable for polo shirts?
Polo shirts usually need a more structured direction than regular sports T-shirts. Polyester spandex pique, compact interlock or other stable knitted structures help create a cleaner surface, better body and neater shape. The fabric shouldn't feel too soft, too loose or too shiny for polo shirt programs.

Can polyester spandex fabric be used for sun protection clothing?
Yes, polyester spandex can be developed for lightweight sun protection jackets, outdoor stretch tops and summer protective apparel. Function should be checked through agreed fabric specifications, finishing method and testing requirements. We don't suggest treating these functions as automatic results of polyester spandex composition alone.

Is polyester spandex fabric suitable for sublimation or printing?
Polyester-based fabrics are often considered for sublimation or printed sportswear, but the base fabric still needs checking before bulk printing. Surface smoothness, base color, fabric structure, stretch, heat setting and finishing can all affect print clarity, color result and handfeel after processing. Actual print tests are recommended before bulk production.

Can you provide samples, color cards and custom dyeing?
Yes. Fabric samples and color cards are available to help check handfeel, GSM, stretch, surface texture and color direction before bulk production. For target colors, brand colors, team colors or dark shades, lab dips can be arranged before custom dyeing. Standard custom dyeing MOQ is 300 KG per color.
